You reach for your pistol, quickly removing it from it's concealed compartment and aiming at the nearest officer out of the drivers-side window. Before he can react you fire the weapon.

*CRACK* *CRACK*

The officer drops to the ground as the two bullets tear into his chest. You duck down in your car seat and accelerate forwards as hard as you can, screeching away.

Very quickly the confusion clears, and the other officers at the checkpoint turn their attention to you as you drive away.

*THUD* *THUD* *THUD* *THUD* *THUD* ... *THUD* *THUD* *THUD* *THUD* *THUD*

The sound of machinegun bullets hitting your vehicle, and whizzing over your head, is intense. You swerve violently trying to break their aim, but the bullets keep hitting the car.

Suddenly your right arm goes numb, and you feel a sharp sensation in your back. You look down and see that you're bleeding. You've been hit twice, and the officers are still firing on your car.

You lose control, the car veers into the metal barrier that separates the two sides of the motorway. The car flips over, throwing you onto your head, and you black out. The car explodes.

You have died.
